Coming Home

The journey begins with stillness

Before we can heal anything within us, we are first invited to create a safe space inside. When fears, worries, or anxieties are in charge, something in us stays on constant alert, searching for answers, control, certainty. And in that state, it is very hard to let go.

Today we won't try to change anything. We won't try to solve anything. And we won't try to heal anything. Today, we simply listen.

For thousands of years, these ancient words have accompanied people in moments of prayer, fear, hope, and connection. This is not only a prayer. It is an invitation to remember, to remember the source from which everything begins and to which everything returns. To remember that we are not alone. And that remembrance is the beginning of peace.

Before you listen

Close your eyes and place a hand on your heart. Take two slow, deep breaths. As you listen, allow yourself simply to receive, the sound, the words, the presence that arises within you in this moment. Nothing more is required.
